Barbie's Bunkhouse: Holy Cow, you look like Liz, too.

Thought I would step in and take this time to do a little marketing since Barbie was unable to post today. On Monday my friend and RS author, Melanie Atkins, will talk about her upcoming release and how NOT to use Find and Replace. There's a freebie involved, so don't miss the post.

With LIVER LET DIE getting so close to releasing, the time is just getting away from me. In the month of October, I am scheduled to post 21 times. Yikes. I'm also scheduled for a radio event, three boosksignings, hosting a week on B & N's mystery forum, hosting FaceBook's Prime Crime on one day and participating in a Prime Crime authors day on another.

Did I mention I have a January deadline and less than 100 pages done on Book 3? I am so screwed.

I also wanted to give you all a heads up on my fabulous contest beginning on launch day, October 4th. I'm giving away this. NO purchase necessary, although a purchase will get you 5 extra entries. More details will be up on my website soon.

As if I don't have enough on my plate, I am putting MORTAL DECEPTION up on Amazon, writing as Elizabeth Lipperman so my cozy readers will know everything under that name is a straight mystery with stronger language and steamy sex. Here's the trailer.

So, be looking for all these things and have a great weekend.

Liz, my dear, I can't imagine anyone with more on her plate than you. Plus you step up to the plate whenever anyone is needy. You are the best.

What a busy girl you are! And one hell of a writer. We'll get #3 fixed and off soon.

Ah, Cassy, you always say nice things. Hope you're enjoying Italy and the vino.

And Vicki, I'm counting on the Princesses fixing me up. Thanks for that "one helluva writer" compliment. Back atcha.

Breathe, Liz—you can do it!!! If anyone can handle all this action it's you, and the raves will be rolling in.

As far as book #3? As Nora would say: "write the damn book!" You're living the dream girlfriend :)

That's a lot of confidence you have in me, Rochelle. We're both living the dream, and sometimes I feel like a real whiner.

I wish I was half as prolific as Nora.

And how in the hell are you handling all this? You're only a month behind me with all the craziness.

Someone told me the other day that I was "living the dream" and I chuckled. Lately my dreams are about horrible chapters that I can't re-edit or words I need but can't find.

But we get it done!!! We've done it and we'll do it again, Liz.

I'm handling everything from cushy Room #OMG at the Happy Writers Insane Asylum. They only feed me after I write and promote so I have incentives.

Part 2 of Nora's "Just write the damn book" is "and quit whining." (It eats up plotting time, I guess.)

Keep smiling, Keep writing. You're doing great!
